Richard oversees all aspects of the Academy, with a close focus on student welfare and achievement. He also works closely with our partner Shared Learning Trust Academies to share good practice.
Damian leads on strategic pastoral development and all aspects of student behaviour and safety. He also has responsibility for admissions, attendance, alternative provision and inclusion.
Lee Leads on the achievement of students in Key Stage 3, and also oversees Curriculum. He manages the options process and Humanities.
Miss Urehman oversees the progress of Year 10 and 11 pupils at the Academy. This includes GCSE and Vocational Programs of study. She lines manages the Maths faculty.
Helen oversees Teaching & Learning, Performance Management and homework, and line manages the English faculty.
Ann focuses on Inclusion, leading the team dedicated to supporting students with special needs, and those in Education Plus or Achievement Plus. She line manages the Social Sciences faculty.
Giselle leads on the use of assessment data at the academy. She also oversees the use of new technologies and marketing, and line manages the ICT & Business faculty, and Beech House.
Lindsey oversees Teaching & Learning, Rowan House and Performing Arts.
Umara oversees the Science faculty and Elm House. She also oversees the progress and attainment of Year 9 pupils at the Academy.
Iain is in charge of Behaviour and Safety and the PFL Programme. He line manages the Food, Art, Design and Technology faculty and Maple House.
Philippa oversees the achievement and pastoral needs of Sixth Form students at The Stockwood Park Academy. She also line manages Modern Foreign Languages and Ash House.
